Hi All,
It has been a tormenting and fleshy day of travel from K.C. to N.Y. with one
thing after another. We are in N.Y. safe in our hotel, but bruised and
battered spiritually. We would appreciate your prayers for a good nights
sleep, a good day tomorrow at the passport agency in getting Brayden's
passport, the retrieval of every piece of our luggage that didn't make it to
N.Y., and a successful launch onto the plane Rome bound tomorrow evening
6:30p.m. N.Y. time.
May God grant us peace and power to walk in his Spirit despite what comes
our way. These sinus headaches and the kids taking medicine doesn't help
the warfare. May God heal us as we sleep. Nonetheless, God is good, and
praise him for his mercy.
Love you all,
Brent and the gang

Morning folks,
I am headed to North Carolina to be with one of our supporting churches. I
am leaving Kansas City, Missouri early today (Saturday) and will come back
here late Sunday to meet Hope and the kids so that we can fly out to N.Y. on
Monday early. Please pray for my time in N.C. to be fruitful, for Hope to
have much grace with family and the kids until we re-unite, and for God to
prepare the way for getting Brayden's passport in N.Y.
Plus, we will need lots of Grace for all of the flying, lay-overs etc...
What a wonderful Maker and Savior we have. We love and greatly appreciate
you all. We have had an amazing time in the States this time but now it's
back to Italia. Thank you for everything.
To update you a touch... in Italy, Lidia's mom is out of the hospital and
feeling better. Stateside, Amy's mom had a tumor removed from her brain and is undergoing chemo and radiation. Continue to lift up Genny and her
family. Gotta run.

Brent

Dear Prayer Warriors,
Good morning from Boise, Idaho. We are doing pretty good. Hope is
experiencing some pretty sharp pains from the surgery area so please pray
for healing there.
I am writing you on another note though. Our close
friend Amy who lives in Rome and attends our fellowship, has just
communicated most serious and sad news that her mom is in the hospital with
a brain tumor. Amy and her new Italian husband Stefano came to America to
celebrate their marriage with family and friends stateside and were
delivered this news upon arrival as it came on somewhat suddenly. Doctors
knew weeks past that Amy's mom, Genny, was having some abnormal blood
issues. After tests were negative for potential Lukemia, we were rejoicing.
Please pray for Amy, her family, and her parents of course... Genny and
Roy. We all know that God is God, the great physician, He who created all
things and can do all things. Let us pray for a miraculous healing. In the
meantime, God's power to comfort and sustain is just as supernatural as his
ability to heal and change. Much wisdom and strength is needed to know what
to do, where to do it (California or Ohio) and so forth. May God grant the
family faith, hope, peace that passes understanding, and even joy in the
midst of the potential for fear, pain, and loss.
Thank you all for your prayers. We will keep you posted.
In His loving Grace,
Brent

Dear Friends and Family,
It is a blessed joy to announce to you the safe and healthy birth of our
little baby boy! Praise God for his faithfulness and His great goodness.
He was born Thursday, August 2nd, at 12:27, weighing in at 7lbs 2 ounces and
was 21.5 inches long. He is a cute fuzzy, little peanut and all is well.
Brayden Scott Harrell is his name. Thank you all for your prayers, love and
support. We are very excited and look forward to taking him home in the
next couple of days.
We are staying at St. Lukes Hospital in Boise, room 18 on the 8th floor if
you want to drop by or call. Maybe give a ring before you think you might
come visit. 425-318-9554.
Joy-filled, humbled and blessed,
All our love,

Dear faithful,
Hallelujah!! Praise God from whom every good and perfect gift comes and who
does exceedingly and abundantly above all that we asked and thought. Today
our visas arrived approved and ready to go. We have never seen such fast
and effecient beuracracy in the history of the Italian Republic!! This
truly is an amazing miracle. In two weeks our paper work was processed and
approved without them asking for anything else. Thank you all for praying
and interceding. May the Lord bless you doubly for your faithfulness to
labor on our behalf regarding this situation. May he reward you abundantly
for your love and support towards us. We are so blessed and relieved to
have that done!
Now we press on ahead to the awaited decision from Medicaid for financial
assistance for the c-section birth of our coming little guy. We should hear
something at the beginning of the week. We ask you to continue to pray.
I will be traveling Tuesday and returning Thursday to visit a church that is
interested in what is going on in Rome. They are giving me the opportunity
to share anyway. While I'm gone, some ladies at the church are throwing
Hope her first good old fashioned "Baby Shower". Then we will be just one
week away from the arrival of junior. Please lift up my travel and time
with this interested fellowship that God might knit our hearts together to
accomplish more in Italy. Also pray for Hope and the girls while I'm
away... that the girls would be on good behavoir and Hope will stay rested
and at peace.
Sometimes when God is pouring out such abundant grace, we sit back and brace
ourselves for something bad to hit! God help us to know that He is amazing
and wonderful no matter what. He is worthy of all our praise. His loving
kindness truely causes us to want to please Him more and more doesn't it?
Great blessings to all of you,
By Grace,
Brent and family

Hi all,
Our friends who are missionaries in Treviso, Italy, Mark and Renata Nigro,
are heading to the hospital there in Itlay to have their little baby girl.
Please pray for them, Renata, the delivery, the baby's health, the doctors
etc...
A quick note on us... we sent our visa applications out on Wednesday so
please cover that in prayer. Also, Aug 2nd is coming quickly for our
c-section birth. We are still waiting to hear back on the possibility of
financial assistance from medicaid so we would appreciate your prayers.
Also, continue to life us up as we share in chruches about the work in Rome
and teach the Word as well. Soon there will be a little DVD video deal on
our website which we made recently for sharing the vision in Rome. Keep
checking in. It should be on there soon.
Thank you so much,
God's best to all of you.

Greetings everybody!! We are back in the land of milk and honey. God, and
the bretheren have been exceedingly gracious to us. June 13th we landed in
Boise. We immediately began working on gathering necessary documents for
our religious workers visas. The process continues and we would appreciate
your prayers. By God's grace, we will get them off in the mail to San
Francisco next week at the latest. There are a few more important details
that we want to clarify before sending everything. Pray that the consulate
would email us or phone us and return our several attempts at
correspondence.
The girls did great flying over and are happy to be playing with grandmas
and english speaking friends. Hope had her first stateside doctors visit
this past Friday and was very pleased. We have a super nice doctor who is a
believer. He didn't do anything major yet but checked the heartbeat and
measured her tummy. It's big!! The week before we applied for pregnancy
assistance through medicaid so please pray for God's will to be done
regarding being accepted or not. We are sharing in some churches, taking
things one day at a time. At the end of this past week, my dad went into
the hospital for open heart surgery. Though I didn't get out a prayer note,
God was ever faithful. They did a double by-pass in seeming record time...
pretty fast. The prognosis is that everything went well and as of today he
is at home recoupping. Amazing! Please pray for him to be truly born-again
as he has never made that decision. God has been working in him the last
couple of years, but pray with us that the flood gates will burst.
Tomorrow is the 4th of July, our first one back in 8 years. It will also be
a first ever for the girls. We are blessed by America as it is a great land
with great people though it does need a lot of prayer and ministry too.
Things are going well in Rome. The house we meet in on Wednesday's is
undergoing some construction work so we had to move temporarily. By God's
grace we can meet in our Sunday location even though they simultaneously
have a study going of their own. God is God. We are blessed to have some
guys coming in from different places to teach on Sundays giving Vincenzo and
Robert some help. This coming week my friend Kirk Crager is going down from
England to do some outreach and teach so please cover that in prayer. There
is also a young lady interning from Washington. Her name is Allison. Pray
for her adjusting to Rome and the folks in the church, that she would be
blessed as she seeks to serve and grow. Once we get through July we will
cancel our mid-week and pick it back up in September. August gets pretty
bare in Rome. We are working towards our conference on Creation in November
with Roger Oakland, Rick Oliver, and Doug Bennett. There are some churches
interested in participating and we expect it to be very fruitful. Pray for
the logistics, support, organization, and every detail... May God prepare
the church and new hearts even now. This is going to be not only a great
equipping tool for the body of Christ in Rome, but will also be a
challenging tool for non-believers and evolutionists on the campus and
throughout Rome who will attend. Pray for our speakers for their
protection, health, inspiration, and preparation.
The other day here, at the church, I counseled with a guy who had an affair
with his wife a year ago and was afraid he had HIV. My counsel was to
repent all the way, tell his wife, and let God deal with it all praying for
reconciliation and restoration, forgiveness etc... God has already done the
miraculous in that his wife is seeking to be forgiving and seeking to be in
counseling together. He also got tested and it was positive on the HIV. God is so merciful. Praise Him. [Clarification] Keep this family in prayer that it would truly be healed and reconciled. Protected too. They have two small boys.
Pray especially for the wife.
One last note. A guy I used to work with
years ago here in Boise named Matt is having marriage problems. He came to
faith just before I left but has backslidden unfortunately. He wants to
know Jesus and is open but says his wife has made up her mind about wanting
a divorce. I told hiim that God works through prayer and changes hearts...
so let's prayer them up. Please pray for God to melt down her hardness and
lead her to repentance. May they both know God and fall in love all over
again. They also have two children in the mix. Appreciate it. For those of you in the NW or anywhere that may just want to give us a call
if you are stateside, our number is 425-318-9554. We would love to hear
from you. In the meantime, have a great 4th celebration as independence is
a beautiful thing. Also, enjoy the super-abounding love of our great God
and Savoir Jesus who set us free from sin and death and has caused us to
reign in life!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
We love you all greatly and couldn't make it without you.
By Grace,
Brent, Hope, Isabella, and Olivia Harrell
Clarification
Friday July 6,2007
Hi all,
One quick clarification from my update letter. The guy who fell into
adultery and so forth had a NEGATIVE test result which is a POSITIVE thing!!
For the fact that they are working on reconciliation and he has no
sexually transmited disease which he feared... we are praising God. It will
be a long and hard road so please do cover these guys in prayer.
I will be teaching at one of our supporting churches this weekend so I would
appreciate your prayers for the service, the Word God wants to share,
anointing etc..
Thanks as always,
Brent
