Thanks for interceding with us for Rome and the body here!!

Pray for:

• Genuine, contagious revival in our leadership and body through genuine repentance and a hunger for holiness and the presence of God
• Unity in vision, passion, and love
• afterglow Saturday p.m., gifts poured out, openness to Spirit, edification for all
• Sunday a.m. service, anointing Pastor Russ, receptive hearts to God's Word,
• Wednesday night bible study with guest Pastor David
• Arrival, day off, weekend services-married couples and Sunday a.m., time in Elba at leadership retreat with Pastor Bob, renewal, fruit, fellowship
• God's will for potential co-labor in Anthony and Elizabeth
• Seeds sown in evangelism this week protected, fruit bearing
• Luciana who prayed to receive Christ, healing in marriage, deliverance from false teaching in Catholicism, openness to God's Word, growth in grace, love and faith
• Bible study in Terni, Marcello and Cristiana-their marriage to be sound, kids to love Jesus, healing for Marcello's sister Ana, softening of her husbands heart so we can meet with her and pray for her - he doesn't want evangelicals praying for her!!
• Hope's remaining months before delivery, provision/help with doctor bills and services in America, doctors and surgery, healthy baby, perfect name for jr.
• Coming creation conference for Nov 07 in Rome, guest speakers protected, cooperation from local churches and pastors, open doors on university campus for debate
• Sunday school organized
• Allison interning from America in July, time in Rome blessed, protected, fruitful
• Vlady's marriage, Paola's singleness-wisdom, peace, strength in walk, healing for Negist's back, balanced treatment and healing for Natalina in her struggle with depression and physical pain, salvation for Lidia's son Jolomi, Amy and Stefano's new house to finalize, Teresa to accept all of God's Word as inspired and be at peace with what she cannot logically figure out, Sonia and her time studying in Rome among decadent pagans as only Christian, Vinni translating Chuck Smith teaching- more provision for him as a missionary- Antonella his wife to find a new job- new house, Ester's devo life-tests for work-family, Zerfie continue growing in the Word, Daniel in struggle against lust, Apartment for Miriam, blessings for Afy and Linda, revelation in God's Word for Loren, Paul with kids while Sherry is stateside, God to bring some good ole sinners who need Jesus.
• Final papers on our non-profit Association here in Rome to be approved and arrive expediently
• Preparation for going to the states for 3 months, all bills paid, house in order, traveling with kids, sanity, provision
• Missionary visa process, letter of invitation secured, paper work in order, timely response, favorable response, God's will to be done!!
• everything we forgot to list
• God to be glorified in our lives and ministry

Please pray for:

• Repentance and Revival in individual hearts and the church as a whole
• Love for the lost
• Healing - Paola, Natalina, Negist, Afy, Cristiana - some physical, some emotional, some mental.  The gift of healing within our body
• 1st of May outreach Tuesday - divine appointments, salvation, protection, wisdom, gifts
• O.R.U. outreach team arriving mid-may, here for one month
• Leadership Conference with Italian Calvary's last week of May, Speaker, travel, provision, vision, etc...
• Married couples fellowship once a month - unity for couples, healing and stength, spiritual vitality, transparency, openness, fruit, etc...
• Afterglow once a month - God's glory manifested, openness to gifts, faith to exercise them, against enemies strategy to hinder folks from attending.
• Wednesday and Sunday services - love as the source, anointed teaching-practical, simple and prophetic... consistanct attendance, growth and maturity, multiplication, fellowship in the Spirit.
• Youth and Sunday School - bi-lingual workers, organization, rotations, more space for serving different ages at appropiate level, youth to be on fire for Jesus, sanctified, doing the work of the ministry.
• Servant-hood in the Body - people to be stirred and willing to serve, discernment of gifts and understanding of calling
• Singles - patience, contentment, wisdom with potential relationships, undivided hearts. 
• New Building - grace and wisdom in the search, God's will determined, miraculous price, central location convenient for the body, protection from underhanded deals, etc...
• Groups and churches we are working with - Frascati church needs support, help with worship, financial support for pastor.  Recanati church needs missionary couple and or pastor to support the work full time. Terni bible study to be consistant and fruitful...God to lead others to attend, grace for Marcello and Cristiana as new believers.
• Rome chuches and body of Christ in Italy - revival, leaders trained and raised up with solid doctrine, missions active, maturity to work together, divisions broken, pastors to pray together, sheep to be fed the entire Word of God, multiplication, every Italian village,city and town to have an evangelical witness.
• Prepatations to go home for 3 months - things in order church wise, Robert and Vincenzo and guest speakers while gone covered in prayer, paper work in order for religous visas, house in order-caught up on bills etc.., advanced organization for summer teams and visitors, prep work for fall creation conference accomplished before leaving.
• Provisions to be home for 3 months - housing, transportation, pregnancy related issues-hospital-doctors-safe delivery-health of baby and mommy-all costs covered by God's miraculous hand, possible work if necessary. Time with supporters, supporting churches, tools and grace to share vision and work in Rome, time with family, time to pray and rest.

Please be in prayer with us this week:

Be praying for an open door on the university. Vincenzo called some professors the other day and there was seemingly no interest. Funny enough, I have started playing some squash to do something active. An older guy that has been killing me for the past several weeks ended up being a divine appointment yesterday. After playing we began to talk and what do you know... he happens to be a professor on the very university campus that we want to get onto for a debate on origins. Keep lifting this guys up (JohnAndrea). He could very well be a key soul that the Lord may be hoaning in on like Paul was. Either way, pray for his salvation and that he might be able to connect us with some prof. friends interested in approaching this topic that we might have the oppportunity to give the students something else to consider.

There is also a concentrated attack of the enemy seeking to discourage, sew strife and division, shake the focus, and get people looking at themselves or their circumstances. May we have the wisdom, grace and determination to seek God's face, trust in Him, fight with spiritual weapons, and let him deliver from the hand of the enemy.

Prayer:

New building - time and energy to look, wisdom, patience, preparation, faith, and maturity in body to sustain expenses. Outreach - evangelism on the 7th, Resurrection service, church BBQ the 9th, major pagan celebration outreach May 1. Special Meetings - local pastors concerning our Creation Conf. next Nov, leader fast and prayer the 14th, Brent teaching in CC Treviso in the north the 15th (service while away), afterglow prayer and praise the 21st, married couples study and fellowship the 28th. Conferences - prep for leadership conf in May with other Italian Calvary's, speakers, team for children's ministry, support for cutting costs; Creation conf. Nov. cohesive unified hearts among local pastors to participate, open door on campus and scientific community for debate on origins, necessary materials translated. Church Plants - Recanati (3 hours NE of Rome) - full time missionaries to pastor and grow church; Terni (hour north of Rome)- bible study starting, consistency, travel protection, good foundation, open hearts, new people. Body - Natalia - emotional healing, sound mind, submission to God's Word and church leaders, willingness to see doctor, normal relationships. Alex and Frascati church- provision, wisdom, perseverance. Vlady -healing from flu and renewed spiritual life. Paola- encouragement, healing, patience. Natalina - healing, release from hospital, sister's salvation. Daniel - strength to resist temptation, growth in Word, wisdom over job change. Antonella - job, Vinni's sister Sarah healing or replacement organs. Personal - greater intimacy with Jesus, growth in prayer, wisdom-discernment-vision for church; Home and children - wisdom, grace, and patience to teach, instruct, and discipline with diligence... Peace, calmness, order, obedience, from the girls... an atmosphere of love in the home. Pregnancy - health, strength, doctors visits; Visas - praise God for another Christian ministry to offer letter of invitation for religious visas...pray for everything to go through in America this summer with Italian consulate, as we pray to go back for birth and paperwork pray for time away, housing, transportation, provision for tickets to fly back, grace for transition, etc...
